The app allows users to find a relevant service provider (e.g. plumber, mechanic, lawyer, etc.) from a rich directory of providers. User can proceed to text message, voice chat or video chat using the app directly with the provider. There is no charge to the user for using the service. Imagine Yellow Pages but more focused on a "Person/Individual" that is providing the service. It's like a business directory and an address book at the same time.
